March 25, 2013 The evolution of Italkart continues in 2013
The evolution of Italkart continues in 2013, a year that brings exciting changes to the proven constructor. Both the bodywork and sticker kit have been restyled for the new model year. The new look of the kart is a fresh and more modern iteration of the previous styling. However, the changes are far from purely aesthetic. The new bodywork has been shown to improve aerodynamics of the kart as well as brake cooling efficiency. In a world where hundredths of a second can make all the difference, both improvements are sure to help Italkart maintain its edge over competitors. In addition, the Italkart Rapido V is new for 2013. After extensive testing at various circuits cross the country, Italkart is excited about the new chassis and certain that it will be a top performer at all levels of competition. The previous Rapido V was indeed, no slouch. Brazilian Andre Nicastro took Italian Motors to victory aboard the previous Rapido at the SKUSA Supernaionals in 2009 and 2010, a year that Italian Motors finished 1st, 3rd, 4th and 6th in the toughest category. The previous model also took Remo Ruscitti to victory at the SKUSA Spring Nationals in 2012. Thus, the new model is an evolution of a proven winner - a kart that takes the best of its predecessor and adds improvements discovered over years of testing and racing.
