February 28, 2007 Italkart Wins Rotax Senior and Junior in SaskatoonSaskatoon, SK - This past weekend Saskatoon Kart racers had their second race of the year. With the same track layout that will be run at the Saskatoon Grand Prix on the Canada Day weekend, there were some out-of-town racers in attendance. Names like Blake and Bryce Choquer, Marc and Vince Arseneault and Brayden Ouellett made the trip "over the rocks". The Junior class had the Karting Canada Italkart driver Nic Turcin lead all day through qualifying to the end of the final. Turcin set a new track record in only his third race with the team. In second place was Logan Downing (CRG) and third was Bryce Choquer (Arrow) In the Senior class Blake Choquer lead the way past the Karting Canada Italkart duo Scott Campbell and Jayson Clunie. Choquer set a new track record followed closely by Campbell and Clunie. In the pre-final Choquer lead the whole race with Campbell in second and Clunie in third. The order would change by the end of the final with Clunie (Italkart) chasing down Choquer and taking the win for the team Karting Canada Italkart. In second was Choquer (Gillard) and thrid was Campbell (Italkart). This was Jayson Clunie's second win in Saskatoon to start the season off
